Pneumatic Ceramic ball valves for coal containing material in metallurgical plant

In  metallurgical plant, the medium may be very agreesive, abrasive and corrosive, if coal powder is contained in the fluid, hard and abrasive coal particles will damage the valve sealing face and reduce the service life.

In the past, metal seated or teflon lined valves are used in these coal containing conditions, but the situation was not satisfactory due to servere erosion and frequent maintenance.
